I watched this video for the first time probably 4 or 5 years ago. I’m SO thankful I did, because the cup is the only thing that reduces my pain! That, and now I’m an EMT working 12 hour shifts. I can work my entire shift with NO problems! No leaking, no fear of the cup displacing. Thank you!!

I’m 20 and just bought one size small and managed to insert it after 30 minutes but when it opened I screamed because it was incredibly painful and had tears streaming down my face… I’m not sure if I’ll try it again Thanks to your help I at least got it though:)

I've been trying to practice inserting my cup, and I've been having trouble. A couple of times, it went in all the way, but the stem was all the way outside my body. Other times, I can only get it halfway inside, and I've tried various folds and positions. I've watched multiple videos and read instructions, but I still can't seem to get consistent results and I'm afraid I haven't inserted it properly. I also have an anterior pelvic tilt, so the standard "up and back toward the tailbone" advice is confusing because the pelvic tilt alters the insertion angle. What can I do to make this easier?

I don't think baking soda can kill germs but it's great to remove blood stain. Also, I have read some comments saying they're having irritation after using this method so keep in mind that you should rinse thouroughly after applying baking soda! Baking soda can clean your cup without damaging your cup but it doesn't disinfecting germs

My cousin does this, and it works wonders for her. I tried it and got HORRID chemical burns under my pits, and I dont shave at all. Go figure.

I have been trying everything possible with my cup to open and on my last period I accidentaly tryed something that is making my cup open every single time on the first try- put it in your favorite fold, insert HALF way- so half of the cup is still outside of your vulva. Release it and wiggle it to open. Now just pust it by the pin inside to the place where you place it usually. It is much easyer to let it open while it is still partially outside so you can play with it with fingers. Hope it helps ❤

True, Very effective and cheap. Even on clothes it works well. Can deodorize even closes,just put a little lemon juice in the water for washing.

I'm looking into bungee jumping and while not directly related, this was super interesting and helpful! I use the castor oil in a bottle and use a qtip and put it ontop of the lash line, I do not put it under - but the castor oil I use on my aging skin and it took away all my fine lines and my face looks better than ever before! I am hoping it works as well on my eyelashes as my whole face
